This series of ink is suitable for glass, ceramic, etc. baking temperature: 180-200℃, 30 minutes,  has excellent adhesion, good resistance to scraping glass, washable

Use: 

1st layer: base primer BK0025, 300 mesh screen printing, touch dry for about 1 hour.  

2nd layer: If you need to print white base, please use white GK9014, surface dry. 

3rd layer: color printing, touch dry. 

4th layer: Gold oil BK0028, 250~300 mesh printing, touch dry. 

5th layer: according to the process needs to choose peeling film or Non-peeling film, 60 to 80 mesh  printing, make sure film completely dry. Finally, bake to 180~200℃ for 30 minutes. 

Note:

1. The above test conditions are: room temperature 25C, humidity 60~70%. 

2. The series of inks have different adhesion on different substrates, please test before use. 

3. The series of inks can be mix with each other, can also be used with ASTRO INKS, and other ink  deployment before, please do the test.
